Judy Whitcomb

Formerly Vi’s chief human resources and learning officer, Judy oversees and drives Vi’s organizational effectiveness and strategy. Supporting and acting as a thought partner to Vi’s executive management team and senior leaders, Judy identifies people, process, and culture interventions to elevate Vi’s organizational capabilities and business impact. Additionally, Judy oversees Vi’s succession planning, executive development, and change management efforts. Since Judy started at Vi, the company has been recognized with several top employer awards including Vi’s certification as a Great Place to Work and recognition by Fortune Magazine as a Top 5 aging services organization. In 2020, Vi was recognized by Chief Learning Officer Magazine as a LearningElite organization for the 10th consecutive year.
