Co-Founder & VP Customer Experience
Zach Dunn co-founded Robin, the first workplace platform that puts people before places, in 2014. As an entrepreneur and technologist, Dunn had the vision to help people and organizations work how and where they are the most productive, providing organizations with the tools and insights needed to succeed in a hybrid environment. Dunn currently serves as the company’s VP of Customer Experience, leading technical support, deployment and customer success for the Robin platform.
Prior to Robin, Dunn co-founded digital products provider One Mighty Roar, where he held the position of Chief Product Officer. Dunn also served as Adjunct Professor for Computer Science at the University of Massachusetts and has a B.A. cum laude in Multimedia Web Design and Development from the University of Hartford.
