This has proved critically important in her current role as VP of HR for Finning Canada, as the business experiences extraordinary change at an unprecedented pace, with a layer of pandemic to add to the complexity. Prior to her current role, Michelle led global talent development for Finning, helping change the narrative and value proposition for current and future employees, a challenging role to navigate within a nearly nine-decade year-old company. Before Finning, Michelle led diverse teams in progressively more senior roles at Matrix Solutions, Suncor Energy, Viterra and WestJet. Michelle is a proud graduate of the MBA program at Queen’s University and has a bachelor of Education in Developmental Psychology from the University of Calgary. When she isn’t working, Michelle is mom to three children and her dog, Lobo.

With almost two decades’ experience in HR, Tom began his career in Unilever as VP for Reward in 2011. He has since taken on various HR-related leadership roles within the organization, including VP for HR Central and Eastern Europe as well as VP for Global HR Services. Tom sits on the leadership teams of the Global HR Team chaired by Chief Human Resources Officer Leena Nair, as well as of Unilever Operations (UniOps), the organization's function that serves as its "operational engine."

She joined Hyland in 1997 as the company’s 25 th employee. In her role, Debbie oversees areas that drive a high-performing culture; those areas include talent acquisition and development, diversity, equity and inclusion, total rewards, employee experience, corporate social responsibility, and Hyland’s onsite childcare centers. Debbie holds a Master of Public Administration degree in healthcare administration as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in education from Cleveland State University. She lives in Rocky River, Ohio with her husband and four children. Prior to joining Hyland, Debbie held a position in employee benefit sales and service, where she developed an extensive knowledge of benefit design, implementation, compliance, and administration.
