Prior to joining Reworked, Mike was editor and chief content officer for Human Capital Media, publisher of Chief Learning Officer, Talent Economy and Workforce magazines, where teams he led won more than three dozen awards for editorial excellence. Kristine Dery leads MIT CISR’s research on the Digital Workplace, Employee Experience and Talent for Digital. Drawing on qualitative and quantitative data, she examines how top performing organizations: (1) design and manage the digital workplace to deliver greater employee experience (and greater business value), and (2) build competitive workplaces that attract and foster talent in the digital era. Kristine’s research focus on HRM and IS has generated publications on mobile connectivity, the strategic impact of HRIS, gamification and recruitment, and the management of remote workers. Previously Kristine was a lead HRIS researcher at the University of Sydney. She co-founded the Digital Disruption Research Group, and has previously held management roles in the tourism, hotel and airline industries in Australia, NZ and the UK. She holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Auckland, an MBA from Melbourne Business School, and a PhD from the University of Melbourne.

Katie has over 30 years’ of consulting experience and has advised many of the world's leading brands and business leaders, including Richard Branson/Virgin, o2, Orange, Accenture, Huawei and Harrods. She is the CEO of Zoodikers and AI in Business. Katie has delivered two TEDx talks and is a frequent commentator on BBC TV and radio. Christy’s passion lies at the intersection of innovation and the employee experience. She enjoys connecting people, process, and technology to solve business problems, empower collaboration, and drive forward new ways of working.
