Registration

There is NO COST to register and attend. By completing our FREE registration form, you will have access to all live AND on-demand content presented as part of this conference series.

No, there’s no deadline. You can register online at anytime to join live sessions in-progress or watch the on-demand programming.

Yes, most sessions will be made available for you to access on-demand immediately following the initial live broadcast, and remain available for at least 30-days. There may be a few exceptions from time-to-time based on the speaker’s willingness to archive their content.

NOTE: You must be registered for the event to access both the live and on-demand content. 

A confirmation email is sent automatically from the system upon the successful completion of your registration. However, these emails often get caught by corporate spam filters. Have you checked your junk folder?

AGE LIMITATION

Attendees must be at least 18 years of age to attend Digital Workplace Experience. Requests for any exception to this term must be made in writing to Conference Management.
 

PHOTOGRAPHY, AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING*

Some of the sessions at Digital Workplace Experience may be recorded. By participating, you acknowledge and agree that Digital Workplace Experience reserves the right to use images and video captured during the Conference with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing or promotional materials without any further approval from you or any payment to you.
 
Participants may not record or broadcast audio or video of sessions at Digital Workplace Experience.

PERMISSION TO CONTACT

By registering to attend this free virtual conference series, you give SMG permission to share your contact information and e-mail address with its sponsors and partners. You may be asked to complete a form at sponsor virtual booths and/or virtual session rooms, but please note completing those forms is optional. When completing a form presented by exhibitors and/or sponsors during Digital Workplace Experience, you are opting-in to receive communications from that entity. You will be subject to their communications and privacy policy and must opt-out with them directly.
 

SOLICITING

Suitcasing or out-boarding is prohibited at Digital Workplace Experience. We reserve the right to remove any individual from Digital Workplace Experience if they are reported to be soliciting within the confines of the virtual event spaces and are not a Digital Workplace Experience sponsor or exhibitor. We encourage general conference attendees not to listen to a sales pitch from a non-sponsor or exhibitor and request notification if a solicitation is suspected.
 

ADMITTANCE

In our sole discretion, without refund, we reserve the right to refuse admittance or expel from the Conference anyone that we determine is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the Conference or any other attendee.
 

CODE OF CONDUCT

Digital Workplace Experience participants are expected to behave professionally. All attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at Digital Workplace Experience are required to agree with a code of conduct that ensures a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. In the sole discretion of Digital Workplace Experience organizers, we reserve the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the Conference, without refund, any person or persons that are determined as behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the Conference or any other attendee.
 

AGENDA

Digital Workplace Experience reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the agenda. Every effort will be made to keep presentations and speakers as represented. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation topic or speaker.

One UberEats voucher per person only. Uber Vouchers are active and available on Day 1 of the event (October 12, 2022) only, from 9am-6pm ET.

HOW TO PLAY

Step 1:  Register for the Event — Visit www.dwexperience.com to register for the upcoming event.  Only event registrants are eligible to play.  Limitations and exclusions apply (see below).  

All registrants agreed to our posted Registration Terms & Conditions.  Agreement to Registration Terms & Conditions is required to participate in the Event and all/any event games, raffles, incentivized and non-incentivized activities.

Step 2:  Qualify for the Challenge — Qualified registrants must include in their registrant profile, at the point of registration or modified registration, no later than 12:00 PM EST on the final day of the event:

First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Company, Work Email*, Work Phone

*Work Email addresses do not include free email domains, such as but not limited to gmail.com, aol.com, yahoo.com and similar; educational institutions, unless you are employed by the institution.

Only one registrant per event. Individuals may not register, log in or participate in the Challenge using multiple email addresses for the same event. Individuals with multiple registrations and/or emails will be automatically disqualified from all prizes, winnings, raffles, games and other incentives.

The Game is open to all domestic and international registrants, regardless of geographic location.

Step 3: Attend the Event — For DWX, attend the event at the virtual Event Hub, located at  https://www.hub.dwexperience.com

To “attend the event”, log in during event hours of 11:00 AM EST – 4:45 PM EST on a day of the event, and view at least one full session during live simulcast.

Session views, including start time, end time, and total time viewed, are captured within the event platform.  Registrants will be deemed ineligible for prizes won through the Challenge if session view data within the platform indicates that at least one full session has not been viewed.  No exceptions will be made.

Step 4:  Earn Points — Within the Event Hub, navigate to the Challenge page, using the hamburger icon and menu located at the top, left of the screen.

To earn points, follow the instructions next to each individual challenge.  Complete the challenge, find the check-in code, and return to the challenge page.  Enter the check-in code in the relevant challenge page to accumulate points.

Note that some challenges are available within the specific time frame referenced only, and not otherwise available.  

Step 5:  Spin the Prize Wheel — You can spin the wheel a maximum of 3 times during the event.  To spin, accumulate the required number of points.

Spins are available until the event close time, until 2:00pm EST on the final event day, or until all prizes have been redeemed, whichever comes first.

Play early and often.  Should prizes have been fully redeemed before a player accumulates his/her first set of points, a player may not have a chance to spin the wheel.

Should prizes have been fully redeemed before a player accumulates his/her first 2,000 points, a player may not have a chance to spin the wheel. The maximum possible winning for one registrant is $700. 
Only one registrant per event. Individuals may not register, log in or participate in the Challenge using multiple email addresses for the same event.

Select the Slack Community from the Networking dropdown list. The event Slack channel will open and you will be automatically joined.

Participate in the Slack community at least twice throughout the event hours.  Options to participate include:

  • Introducing yourself in the water-cooler channel;
  • Asking event-content or sponsor-product related questions in the water-cooler channel;
  • Sharing your selfie from the event in the photo-booth channel;
  • Responding to other registrants in the water-cooler or photo-booth channel

Participate in the entirety of one session to be marked “attended”.

Session views, including start time, end time, and total time viewed, are captured within the event platform.  Registrants will be deemed ineligible if session view data within the platform indicates that at least one full session has not been viewed.  No exceptions will be made.

Step 4: Complete the Event Survey — All attendees will receive the event survey via email immediately post-event.

To complete the survey, click on the link provided.  Where indicated, provide your email address to be eligible for the reward. 

The first 100 respondents to complete the survey and provide their email address will receive a $10 e-gift card, within seven business days of the event.
