2022 Reworked Impact Awards

Reworked is now accepting nominations for its 2022 Employee Experience IMPACT Awards, which celebrate the inspiring efforts of employee experience professionals across North America, and gives you the chance to get meaningful recognition for your work.

Honors are given to individuals, departments and teams who are responsible for improving the employee experience within their organization.

Employee Experience Leader of the Year Award

Employee Experience is the sum total of the elements, including workplace programs, management processes, technology and culture, that foster a positive and engaging workplace experience for an employee. Results of a positive employee experience include higher workforce productivity, job satisfaction and/or employee engagement, among other outcomes.

We encourage you to nominate executives at your organization or in your network who you feel deserve recognition for their contribution and commitment to improving the digital workplace and the employee experience.

The winners will be honored through a virtual awards ceremony at our Digital Workplace Experience event on October 13, 2022 and featured in an article on Reworked.co

How to participate: To be eligible for the award, candidates must be a senior leader and must have been in his or her current role for at least one year. Simply submit a nomination form by August 12, 2022.

Judging will be completed by a panel of editors, led by Reworked editor-in-chief Mike Prokopeak, with winners selected based on information provided through the nomination process. The winners will be announced on our website.
